Mrs. Wilkinson comes to Charlotte Surgical Group from Charleston, SC, where she practiced with an Urgent Care/Family Medicine clinic. A native of Charlotte, she was pleased to return to her hometown and have the opportunity to focus on General Surgery. Mrs. Wilkinson has served on a number of medical mission teams over the years, and credits these experiences with inspiring her to become a Physician Assistant.

After completing her undergraduate studies at The University of the South, Mrs. Wilkinson attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. There, she completed the Physician Assistant Program and graduated with Honors. Mrs. Wilkinson is Board Certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mrs. Wilkinson volunteers her medical and bilingual skills for mission trips and health clinics both locally and abroad. She enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her husband, Martin.
